OK, here s the issue. My ex-husband had a small penis. In fact, it was so small that 99% of the time it would be inside of his body making the quot;extra belly buttonquot; He was also very overweight. My question is though, what causes this? He may have a small penis regardless of the size of his body...But if he is overweight...that fat will surround his penis...basically making it look like its inside.
