I am 18 and I have hair under my arms and on my pubic area but my penis is not developed, can it still grow? -

I know I have hit puberty because I have hair under my arms and on my pubic area. Also my voice has changed, but my penis is not fully developed and I was just wondering if that is really bad or if I am just a really late bloomer.

If your lack of development is concerning to you.. you might want to see your doctor. It could be that you have some sort of hormonal imbalance or something. What do you mean by not fully developed? In average it should be around 6 inches. Asian people will have an average of 5 inch. How big is yours? Btw,it just a penis not a spear.
