I am 19. Penis length = 5 inchs, Girth= 4 inches. should i have surgery to both make my penis longer and thicker? please assume that every other requirement to get to the stage of having sex with a woman in all possible scenarios has been met and that my penis dimensions is the only variable in question for a woman that has not been paid to have sex with me. surgery can actually hurt more than help. Surgery only gives you about a half inch to an inch of length and it can mess up how much blood actually flows into your penis and therefore how hard of an erection you can get as well as sustaining it. You re average size dude...don t worry about it. Besides, you re only 19. You re not gonna die if you don t have sex now. Still plenty of time for it.

No you should not have a sergery on your penis if it is not needed, it cost to much and it not really all that good for you. Girls dont like you because of your penis size they like who you are. Not everyone is blessed with a huge penis, that would just be silly to spend all that money.
