Is it normal for a uncircomsized penis to have skin attached to the penis at the buttom? -

when i pull my foreskin back i it seems to be attached to my penis somehow is that normal? im 17 amp; my penis is 5inch hard

it is very normal... it is the frenulum

yes that bit of skin on the underside that seems to attach the head to the foreskin is the frenulum. It is different on each guy but for some it is a bit tight and may restrict the amount you can retract yrou foreskin. Not to worry though, it can be stretched gently to eventually let you expose everything. and for 17, a 5 inch penis is okay. Still a bit under the average for an adult erection (which is betweenn 5.5 and 6.2) but you have more puberty to go yet so it is likely you may get into the range. but even if you don;t, 5 inches is ample for most purposes a guy needs a penis for.

i would think a doctor needs 2 see it and answer you correctly.. my g,son when 18 mo s old wasn t cleaned well there and the foreskin started growing onto the head.. for all parents out there even if the babies have been circumcised, the skin still needs 2 be pulled back and cleaned.. it s very painfull 4 the babies when the doctor has 2 pull the skin back that grew where it wasn t suppose to.. even little girls need a good cleaning down there.. open and look..

THAT IS INAPPROPRIATE!!!!! everyone knows you re supposed to say weiner. your weiners probably fine. just make sure it stays attached and never put it anywhere you wouldn t want your food in.

Yes, it s normal.

yeah it s just normal. Hey you re old enough for a circumcision. Go to a doctor now.
