If you have it, you will know it! Testicular cancer is what you should be worried about, it its men between the ages of puberty and the late twenties...check your balls like chicks do their breasts, and if for any reason one of your balls have a lump or seem to be getting larger with our with out pain, go to a urologist immediately! Remember, in the shower, check your balls!
