Probably erictile disfunction. There are meds you can take for it.

Is he ejaculating when he is semi hard? If yes, I have never heard of that happening...is he having anxiety performance issues? If this is always happening he should see the doctor since erectile dysfunction is not something that just happens...should get that checked out.
