Why does my penis smell after I was it? -

After I wash my penis (like right after, even after I dry off) it smells un-attractive. Even if I don t ejaculate for 2-4+ days. I was wondering if it can be over washed, because I usually wash it 2 or more times every time I shower. For example, does it have a natural oil or something that it gives off if you wash it too much?
