Your regular cleaning and a few extra minutes attention in the shower should help a lot. If your foreskin is still tight, don t sleep with it retracted as it could affect your circulation - and proper penis functioning is all about circulation.
The best way i know how is to tae it in steps. I had the same problem so ill tell you what i did. 1. Every time you shower make sure you clean under the foreskin. It will feel really umcomfortable at first but it is necessary. 2. Once you get used to washing under the foreskin, the next thing to do is rub it. After you wash the head, retract the foreskin and gently rub the head with your palm. 3. Once you get used to that, then try keeping the foreskin retracted all day. See if you can mange to walk around all day with the head rubbing against your boxers.
I really don t recommend leaving your foreskin retracted. It ll probably just feel irritating and might not stay back anyway. Also you wouldn t want to risk it getting stuck! Just make sure to rub the head every day with wet fingers, do it really gently, after a while it should get less sensitive. Harriet
Just retract your foreskin at least once a day and as you do, just clean under it. The penis will be real sensitive, but as you continue touching it, you ll notice the sensitivity disappearing. Hope this helps.
I have pulled my prepuce (Foreskin) back for 23 yrs, so my penis head is very desensitized, so when you clean your head, or the more your glans are exposed, they less sensitive your urethra (The head) will be...Trust me..It will!
Do what Gabby said!
