First the pain would be unbearable, and then during your outrageous freaking out, you would bleed to death, probably with in about an hour, if you never got medical attention! If at the time of the cutting ,and had actually had a full erection, you would most likely bleed to death at much faster time! And if you managed to get fast medical treatment, you would most likely get infections and maybe your little junior, may not work as well anymore! Plus after getting sewed up, you most likely will be heading straight to a psycho whored for quite a long time! In all it would be a very, very stupid thing for any male to do to themselves!
I m going to take a wild guess and say that you would experience excruciating pain and bleed like crazy. Also you may possibly lose your manhood. But that s just a guess. I d stay on the safe side and leave junior alone.
