Many STD organisms thrive in the rich menstrual flow, so any STD contracted is likely to be worse than if contracted while you were not menstruating. HIV is more easily passed from an infected woman during her menses. Herpes infections often flare up during menstruation, making transmission easier. Some scientists believe that sex during menstruation puts a woman at higher risk of pelvic inflammatory disease.
yes. it is very possible. if you re worried, go to the doctor and they ll prescribe you antivirals to inhibit any possible infection. they will also require you to be tested every few weeks or so for a while to make sure that you are not infected. or, what you could do which may be a lot easier- ask the girl if she s HIV positive. if she is, and she lies- thats a crime (literally) and she could go to jail for that. its always safe to get checked for HIV periodically.
unprotected sex is a stupid thing to do you have put yourself at risk you best go and get a test tomorrow there is a chance you are now HIV do not have sex with anyone unprotected or not until you have results do you know if you have sex with a person and you are Hiv and do not tell them and they later develope hiv/aids becasue of you, and it can be proven you can be charged with manslaughter. if this is a genuine question you have been foolish, so go and face the music dont even think about not doing anything
She doesn t even need to be on her period for you to contract ANY sexually transmitted disease. With diseases like Hepatitis, and HIV, you don t need a large viral load to become infected yourself. If you suspect this girl had HIV...what the hell are you doing having unprotected sex? HIV is a horrible disease with an incubation period up to ten years. There is no cure for it, and yes you will die of it, horribly and painfully. I work in medicine and see this all the time. My advice is get both of you tested for all STDs so you can at least have peace of mind.
If you have unprotected sex you are at risk for contracting HIV/AIDS. There is no amount you have to be exposed to. You just simply have to be exposed to the germ. I don t mean to scare you, but do you have any idea how many bacteria/germs/HIV/AIDS can live in just a few drops of blood? You should look it up, you ll be amazed. It doesn t take long to contract it. Bottom line, use a condom. Get tested before you have sex. Both of you. All that is required to contract this disease is unproteced sex.....
It is possible to transmit HIV if either of you have it, and if you have sex. Period. (Pun intended.) Proper use of a condom tremendously cuts your risk. You can still get (or give... hey! the gift that keeps on giving! for $1,000 a month in medicines just to keep you alive and functioning reasonably normally!) HIV if she is having her period, or not; or if you come or not. Same for pregnancy, actually.
If the girl is HIV what are you doing having sex with her without protection anyways. It doesn t matter how long the intercourse took place your fluids and your fluids is all it takes. Go get checked out and if they say you are okay make sure you go back in another 6 months.
well number one if a person has HIV then should you really be having sex with them? and especially on their period, thats just gross. but probally not unless the blood got inside of your penis through a cut or the urethra. i would seek medical attention just ot be safe.
Thats a tough one i m not sure it is blood so i imagine yes. But i do know one thing you do not need a sufficient amount of blood or semen to contract hiv or get prego. But arent you bummin cuz you didnt wear a condom
Yes, anytime you have sex without or even with, you can contract a disease, HIV, Herpes, HPV, any of them. You can also get her pregnant.
Yeah, you should not even be having sex with someone who is HIV positive. Just the body fluid mixing with someone who is not infected WILL become infected afterwards. and ESPECIALLY if there is blood.
thats what kids dont understand. no matter how short or meaningless or quick you have sex, you always have the chance of transmitting disease. its common sense really, it really is common sense.
She doesn t have to be on her period for you to be at risk for hiv or any other std for that matter. You at risk any time you have unprotected sex.
YES but only If either of the partners are infected with HIV. Just to add, HIV infection has nothing to do with the periods,Period or No periods, sex with an infected person may result in HIV
Don tt matter if she on her period or not you are still at risk of catching HIV any sexual activity except kissing which will entail passing bodily fluids YOU AREAT RISK (get checked out) WEAR A CONDOM
doesn t need to be blood, but it is harder for a girl to transmit it to a guy - not impossible, just less likely. less fluid exchange occurs.
If you have unprotected sex then there s a chance of contracting HIV regardless of whether whe s on her period. The risk is fairly small though so you probo haven t got the aids lurgy.
if the girl is HIV you have a chance of getting it regardless of time, or if you got blood on your penis or not. use a condom
Even without blood the exchange of fluids is enough to pass on hiv as well as many other infections , always put a sock on it to be safe
If your partner is HIV positive, it is always possible that you may contract the condition if you have intercourse.
there would be a risk of HIV transmission even if she wasn t on her period, taking in the fact that she is already positive. if she isn t then no on both counts.
Not if you wear a condom!!! Oh and there s hardly any chance of her getting pregnant, if you use a condom!!! Did I mention that you could put on a condom and have SAFE sex???
Yes you can, especially if the girl is a prostitute for a living.
most likely, but look it up somewhere that actually has information not a bunch of strangers that probably know nothing.
doesnt have to be anything at all. you can use a condom and still get infected.
For sure. Don t tell me, you had unprotected sex. Well you can start your count down now. Can have your car.
Even if you wear a condom theres a chance that condom can bust and then well your screwed for life with a deadly virus.
Yes there is a high chance of transmission if you have an open cut on the foreskin, shaft.
Most definitely yes.
You can get it even if she is not on her period!! Use protection.
There s a chance even if there IS no blood. Reproductive fluids transmit the same disease.
