along the top from the pelvic bone to the tip for length, do not push in to the pelvic area... for girth, take a piece of string and wrap it around the center of the shaft, where the string comes together mark it with a felt tip marker, take the distance between the marks to your tape measure... report back with your results ;-)
Its from the base of the penis to the tip of the penis. Measure it from the side that is facing you. Girth is the measurement around the penis, just under the head is best.
you carefully put the end of tape measure ( preffably not metal ) between your balls to a harder bit of skin then you pull the tape measure upwards to the bell-end of your penis.
Hi Depends on why you want to measure it. Best way is for from the front as that s what a girl will feel pelvis to pelvis. All the rest is wasted underneath. Length wise from the front and be honest when measuring. mrfiction

You measure with a ruler or summat. And measure from tip of penis to the base, or the other way round. Either way it doesn t matter... Anyway...who u trying to impress!?!? LOL
