Generally they do nothing with your penis. No reason to unless you are complaining of some problem. Usually don t have you get fully nude either. May reach up against your groin, by your balls to see if you have a potential hernia but that is it. And you cannot tell if a guy masturbates.

If you go to the right female doctor, she will examine it for a long period of time. Seeing if it works correctly and stuff. When I went out for football in a new city we moved to, I went to this one doc who had like an intern Doc, or understudy, do my physical. Wow, believe me, I wanted more physicals after that.

why would you think they can tell if you masturbate? that makes no sense. I think they are looking to make sure there isn t like a dysfunction type problem
