Well i am 15 too and i have seen growth in my penis in the last year, i have grown in most other places. Depends how far into puberty u are but you have got a lot of growing to still do!
well im 14 and just started noticing last year and im around 4 1/2 - 5 as well just dont worry about it it s normal for us teens and if anyone says other stuff thats just them everyone grows at different rates.
