I was on the bus going to work today when i felt a sharp pain in penis. I quickly got to work and went to the bathroom where i noticed it was leaking a brown liquid down my leg. I had to go home, but my boss needs an explanation. Please Help.

This could be bacterial cystitis, which is most sometimes caused by bacteria being transferred from the bowel through the urethra into the bladder. You should go and see a doctor to make sure. But if it is just a bacterial infection then you should only have to take antibiotics and it should clear up.

Well i am no licensed MD but that is not suppost to happen. its might not be Poo, could possibley a liver beginning to fail to something im not sure. How ever i would go to the doctor! If you had poop come through your urethra that may mean that you have a perforation in your bowel. This can be serious so it would be wise to go to your physician immediately. It may be nothing but it s better to get it checked out right away.
