It goes around the bottom and looks like it s from the inside of my penis. Could i get some help?

If it hurts when you urinate, go to the doctor (Emergency Room if it gets bad). While people here might love to give advice, if in doubt, make an appointment with the doctor and get that checked out. It d be a lot better to go to the doctor and have him give you the diagnosis than listening to someone else and it getting worse in the process.
