I have a ball like thing in between my penis and where my leg connects to my torso the V area? -

I have a ball on the right side of my V area by the penis. Not like big but big enough to feel and notice its a ball and its very sensitve. It also hurts to masterbate sometimes in the same area. What could this be.

Its a hernia...you have to go get it fixed.....or it will get worst....and hurt a lot more...
