Jelqing is one way, but it can cause serious problems like break down the muscle tissue and actually shrink your penis. It can also cause fibrosic lumps - basically small balls that are painful and take a long time to go away. jelqing is not permanent either. Once you stop the exercises, you re penis will eventually shrink to its normal size. Aside from Jelqing you really cannot enlarge your penis. What you can do is help maintain your optimum size. There are three major muscle groups around the penis and if you exercise them, you may notice some increase in size. But more than an inch is very unlikely. A few exercises you can do: 1. Called milking. What you do is take one hand and make an quot;OKquot; sign with your thumb and index. Then with lubricant squeeze gently around the base of your penis and pull up, like milking a cow, only backwards. As your first hand gets to the top, start with in the other. Each stroke with one hand counts as one rep. Start off with 50 reps a day, then increase it by 50 more reps every 5 days until you are doing a minimum of 200 a day. 2. While your penis is about 1/2 erect use the same fingers to grab the bottom and shake it up and down like a whip. You should feel some tension and the force used should be a bit more than just shaking it after you urinate. Do this about 50 times a day. This is suppose to increase the amount of blood flow to your penis. 3. Penis pull ups - With one hand use the same fingers to grab the base and the other to grab the head. Now stretch your penis to its maximum level (you should never feel pain) and with the muscles you use to stop the flow while urinating, contract them for 20 seconds, then rest. Do this again and again 20 times a day. 4. Penis lifts - while fully erect use something like a damp wash cloth, even just apply preasure with your hand, but cover the penis and contract your muscles to make it bounce up. After about a week or so you can add an addition washcloth, or make it more wet to add more weight. You should do about 50 reps a day. 5. Ballooning - this is best done while masturbating. What you do is while fully erect squeeze the base of your penis (not in a painful way) and then contract your penis muscles as hard as you can and hold for about 10 seconds. Do that also about 50 times a day. You can also do additional reps as your penis adjusts latter down. These exercises will build the muscles of the penis and that may increase its size to a point. Just as regular muscle building, makes bigger muscles. You have to continue doing these exercises consistantly. There is no taking a few days off and resuming when ever you feel like it. This takes commitment. It is important that after every 6 days you do these exercises, you take the seventh day off - no sex, no masturbating. This will allow your penis to adjust and recover. You should never feel any pain during these exercises. But your penis may ache a little the next day (just like after a good work out). Regardless there should never be any serious pain. If you do hurt yourself, stop and do not continue for that day. If you notice lumps or other deformities, stop immediately and do not resume the exercises. As with any penis enlargement technique you should consult your doctor before attempting them. Understand that it is possible to over exert yourself, sprain your penis, damage the veins and muscle tissue. You also increase the risk of peyronies disease or fibrocis of the penis tissue.
