What are these little dimples on my penis? -

After my girl gave me a bit of a bj I found that I had these little whitish dimples on my penis, When you roll back the foreskin it would be at the bottom on the bell shall we say and there going along in a horizontal line. They have been there a few weeks now and I thought they were just teeth marks but now im not so sure. I wanted some opinions first before I go to the doctor, I still have this stupid bruise on it as well which hasn t cleared up, why has sex gotta be such a pain when it comes to this stuff.
