Is this natural? I havent had sex or anything, just masturbation commonly. I have no idea what this is or what it does. There arent any on my penis but at the bottom of it, little wierd bumps? How do i get them to go away or are they natural?

these are normal dont worry about it! hair follicles appear as lumps simply because no body fat is stored here to hide them...
