Why cant my foeskin come over the head of my penis when im erect? -

hey im 15....my forskin comes over quite easily when im not erect, although a tad uncomefortable at the moment. but it wont come over the head of my penis when im erect? why is this? will it happen in some time? can anyone help?

because it gets bigger when erect.

This is the way it s supposed to work. When your penis is soft, the foreskin folds up to protect the tender head, where the skin is especially thin and sensitive. When you re erect, it s time for the head to come out and have some fun, rubbing against slippery things like hands, mouths, vulvas, and whatever else is available. Some guys have longer foreskins that can still fold up over the head, at least part way, when they re erect, some guys are shorter. And you might be able to play with your foreskin a bit when you re not fully erect. When your penis reaches full size, you ll have to concentrate on other parts. By the way, why do you say it s uncomfortable at the moment? Are you sure you re keeping clean enough under there? When you re old enough for your foreskin to retract, you need to clean it regularly, at least once a day. If dirt and secretions get trapped under the foreskin, it can irritate the head (glans) or even lead to an infection. EDIT: Assuming I m not reading your question wrong ... when you write quot;foreskin come over the head of my penisquot;, I think you mean folding up to cover the head. Maybe you meant the reverse, folding back to uncover the head. If the latter, then the other answers are correct, you have phimosis, probably the type where the opening at the end wont open wide enough to let the head slide free. This can probably be solved by gradual stretching, or cutting a small slit if that doesn t work.

Probably just a bit tight. Keep trying to pull it back when you re erect (regularly - every day if possible) and after a while it should loosen up and be able to slide back over the whole head when erect. I assume you mean pulling it back over the head though. If you mean pulling it forward over the head, could just be your foreskin doesn t stretch that far.

Sounds like you have a mild case of phimosis. Most cases of phimosis are cause by premature retraction of the foreskin when you were a baby, by someone who didn t know that foreskins of infants and toddlers should never be retracted forcibly. Scar tissue forms, and the foreskin opening isn t as elastic as it should be to allow for complete retraction. Type in phimosis on your browser and you ll see a lot of information and treatments --- don t let them circumcise you. Doctors always want to amputate the foreskin, which destroys most of your sexual sensitivity. Certain religious groups always want to promote male genital mutilation, also. Usually a gradual, gentle stretching exercise over time; weeks and months, will help solve the problem. Sometimes a cortisone cream is also used. For more severe cases, a small slit called a quot;mandarin cutquot; can be surgically done to facilitate retraction. Most doctors won t even tell you about this, as they like to amputate the whole foreskin--sort of like curing a hangnail by amputating the finger. Doctors never disclose the full ramifications of male genital mutilation and I ve never heard of even one addressing the psychological implications of mutilation; the anger and rage and depression over loss of sexual function and feelings of betrayal for being mutilated. You are whole and intact; enjoy it the way nature made you. Your phimosis can be cured/treated without drastic mutilation. Most American men don t know how they ve been cheated out of most of their sexual sensitivity!

It s not uncommon. Your glans is growing along nicely do to puberty... your foreskin needs to adjust to the new size (during puberty you rbody can grow disproportionately) .... You can do stretching exercises... you would stretch your foreskin every day for like 5 minutes... in the shower is probably best. the process takes a couple of months but it is worth it. During intercourse, you would want your foreskin to glide back and forth naturally across your glans.

Your foreskin s just a little tight. This is surprisingly common and can be self-treated at home in private, without even needing to see a doctor. It involves stretching the foreskin (ideally in the bath) to make it easier to pull back. Be patient, because it may take several weeks, but it will be worth it in the end. The below website has some good advice. http://www.norm-uk.org/circumcision_alte...

You are uncircumcised. Same here but I don t have a lot of excess foreskin. Heard uncircumcised think it feels better when ya you know what. Mine the foreskin won t go all the way over the head of mine just like yours and I m 18...its normal and not going to change. Meantime enjoy...I sure do (and no not a perv here). Good question dude! Laterz!!
