What happens with the penis if a guy dont wash it? -

Ok, I have this boyfriend. After urinating, he dont wash his dick with water and soap. Mostly he uses toilet paper only and sometimes he dont wash his penis in 2-3 or 2-4 days. He drinks a lot of soda and juice. I can only see him drinking water if he dont have soda at home. Last week he felt something wrong with his dick. After he urinate, he bleeded a little bit. He was often at the toilet and urinate a lot. Im not sure how many times. Inside his dick or testicle or somewhere in there, he told me it hurts. This happened just twice, friday morning ang saturday. JUst 2 days. After that everything was OK. He eats spicy foods too. Their was something white on his dick, but it was OK after. What s the cause of this? Is there something wrong with his penis since he dont wash it with soap and sometimes he dont wipe it at all with toilet paper? He got also a result that he got positive in chlamydia, but I dont have chlamydia at all. We use condoms everyday. Help!! ADVICE PLS!! :( THANKS!

Why dont dudes take showers everyday? The thing is a dude should not have to soap and water wash his unit everytime he takes a wizz. ALTHOUGH he should take a shower everyday and wash it with soap and water and rinse it well or it will get an odor and he will start having problems. All my years i have not had a problem and my unit doesnt smell. WHY cause i take a bath/shower and clean it. He needs to be sure to clean it at least once a day. You dont have to clean it with soap and water after you use the bathroom just clean it sometime throughout the day. The pain is prolly from the std he has....though it could be anything urinary tract infection? Umm also the white stuff is most liley normal from not cleaning

First of all, stop having sex until he treats his chlamydia. It s simple to treat with antibiotics. Second, most men don t wash themselves after using the bathroom and very few even use toilet paper. All that I ve had the pleasure of knowing just shake. However, any self-respecting hygenic person would bathe every day, and washing of genitalia should be included in that ritual. The bleeding was probably the result of either the chlamydia or a urinary tract infection. Either way he should see the doctor immediately about that. And he should start taking care of himself, especially if he is uncircumcised because he could get a nasty UTI or yeast infection.

What he needs to do is go to the clinic right away and get treated.
