This may never cause you problems, but it would be a good idea to talk to your doctor about it. He may suggest some stretching techniques or even plastic surgery to give you more skin on the underside of your shaft. This is probably the result of the way your circumcision was done, and nothing for you to be ashamed of. Consult with your doctor sooner rather than later.
Circumcisions are frequently sloppily done, sometimes by medical students and nurses. There are no standards, even though this mutilation has been performed on millions of helpless infants. So much skin is removed in many cases, that it pulls the scrotal skin up the shaft--resulting in a condition such as you have. In many states, you can bring suit against the doctor/hospital that did this to you, as you may need surgery to correct this. Roughly 10% of circumcisions result in the need for further surgeries to attempt to repair damage from the first one. Good luck to you.
It s because you were circumcised too tight. There is something you can do to fix it really easy if you wish to fix it. Email me and I ll talk to you about it. It s too hard to go into detail here. Normaly your scrotum isn t sapposed to go up your shaft skin at all. The fact that yours does can make sex painful and interfere with sex. -Connor
No it isn t normal. A poorly performed circumcision can cause this feature. Plastic surgery can rectify by trimming back the turkey neck.
The base. Not normal, but if it has never given you a problem and your doctor has not been troubled by it, don t worry about it.
