Dude, you have nothing to worry about. You are just going through some normal teenage paranoia. I guarantee you that you will be normal in every way, shape, and form. I am assuming that you meant that you have about a 3 inch penis when it is erect. This is perfectly normal. When I was 14, my penis was just a tad bit over 3 inches. I am now 18 and it is almost 6 inches, the national average. Calm down. Oh, and by the way, everyone always lies about their penis. Teenage boys think that it is more masculine to have a larger penis, it makes them feel more in charge and more grown up. I m sure that some of your friends are telling the truth, but I would bet my life that at least one of them is lying.

well it ranges from about 3-4 in. to about 5-6 or maybe 7. it really just depends on the person s genes and their body type. but eventually you ll grow into it. don t worry.
same problem(about the arm pit) it is usually genitics. so like your penis is still growing wen erect mine is about 5in so no worryis just have fun wit wat u got

the last time i checked it was perfectly normal.
at 14 my penis was about 7 inches and my hair was too long so i trimmed it to about an inch. Hope this helps
