I have a thick dark line on the underside of my Penis? -

What could this be? I have had this line for a while now - a year or 2. It is thick, probably a 1/2 inch in width and it goes from my testicles to the beginning of the penis head. Is this normal? What causes this? I am circumcised. If this is normal what color should it be?
