What does this feel like and what sort of position would ones penis need to be in in order that one might acquire such a temporary condition?

u probably have a infection in your urethra. Go to any GP office and they can give you a quick urine urine check, relax and drink lots of water after you start antibiotic to dillute the infection. By the way- Those feelings can be from a Sexually transmitted disease also!!
