Why does my penis is pain if i touched? -

My penis is UNCUT,If i touch the upper part of my penis it is so pain ?? Why?? But if your penis is CUT if you try to touch the upper part of your penis why you didn t feel pain like UNCUT?

it may be infected. because when sperm or urine is trapped there and bacteria grows it causes an infection. u might have that. and thats why it is painful. u need to get it checked and maybe get it circumsized. it may be ok then. its painful to get a circumsisum at a older age as the muscle become tougher. but i guess thats better then being in pain all the time. hope this is helpful.
