What is the difference between circumcized and uncircumcized penis? -

I think I understand technically but I have only seen one kind and I m not sure which one it is. What website can help me?

A circumcised penis is one that has been mutilated, scarred and made partial. It is damaged and lacking sexual sensitivity. The circumcised male has lower orgasmic intensity, also. If there is skin over the tip of the penis that can be pulled back it is uncircumcised. If the head is exposed without skin over it, it has been circumcised.
