it probably the circumision scar and you never payed attention to it.Most guys have a different colored member than the rest of your body. It s normal but it has nothing to do with puberty

I m betting there s absolutely nothing wrong with your penis. Go to the doctor and get that confirmed. Otherwise, it will continue to bother you. But in all likelihood the doc will tell you it s a birthmark.

you def have a problem there..it could be something serious or just a minor problem...if you just noticed it then wait a few days to see if it disappears..if its been there a while then go see a doctor
