Average for adults is 6quot; erect. I would say that 5.5quot; is big for a 14 y/o and that probably 4quot; is about average. Like tealballoon says there have to be some smaller than 4 to make 4 the average! Mine was only 3quot; at 14. I m 22 now and mine only grew to about 4.75quot; erect. The other measure is girth, you not only want a decent length but a decent girth too. Mine measures 5quot; around, and 1.8quot; wide.

yes...it doesn t need to be any longer than that! i don t understand why guys are so hung up on this! do you think that when you stick it in, it can go forever? no! once inserted into a woman, there is about 5-6 inches before you hit the cervix. so anything longer than that, while nice to look at, is a waste!
yes, 4 is really the average, but most guys fall slightly over it. granted--some guys had to have lt;4 to make 4 the average. but i still think a lot of guys fall over 4. ...i would say you re normal.
