Can the frenulum of uncircumcised penis be pulled to fully retract the foreskin? -

the foreskin of an uncircumcised penis cannot be fully retracted because the frenulum is joined to it. can the frenulum be pulled so that the foreskin can fully retracted to expose the glans

A doctor can cut it without too much trouble, maybe a little local anesthetic. Will require a little after-care by you. Similar to piercing or mole removal. My son s doctor did his at a few months old back in late-80 s. My younger son s has not been done. Or leave it natural, it will happen during sex/masturbation. You may not feel it quot;in the momentquot;, but after it ll sting like nothing you ve ever felt before.

No, it would have to be cut. This would reduce sensitivity, but not as much as a full circumcision. Why on earth would you want to do this? It would make sex worse, not better. quot;If it ain t broke, don t fix it!quot;

no it s not possible instead of surgery
