Does masturbation help the growth of your penis? -

people say that, masturbation makes your penis bigger. an some say it stops your penis from growing. what is true?

Neither is true. The truth is, your penis grows about a half inch every year, until you are about 21. Masturbation does not make your penis grow, however, it can make it thicker. Sometimes, certain masturbation techniques damage the tissues of the penis, causing internal scar tissue, which makes the penis appear wider. But this is only a chance happening, and can not be counted on. It has also been documented that actual sex, with a partner may promote penis grow, in the same way that a penis pump promotes growth. The act of sex creates a vacuum which forces more blood into the penis, which, overtime allows the tissues to expand, and the penis to grow. But there is no vacuum effect in masturbation. So no, masturbation does not make your penis grow, but sex can. Though, for it to make any difference, you d have to have sex 12 hours a day, everyday, for 3 years. So don t count on sex making you bigger either.

This is my story on the issue. When I was 19 I was at 7.5in long and 6in in girth. Not bad, but I wanted to be bigger. I started to do basic jelqing, and started slow, but eventually worked up to being able to do it for about 30 min intervals. No specific schedule, just whenever I had the time. In about a year, I worked my way up to 9in long and gain about another inch in girth, and I ve been quite happy with that ever since, and the changes have been permanent. The key is to be persistent and patient and DON T be too rigorous to begin with! As for masturbation, I personally found that cutting back on ejaculating while as was doing the jelqing routine helped make progress come a little faster, but that could just be me. Since there are a lot of posts on this subject, I ll probably be reposting this a lot. Just wanting to help ppl out.
