I have these black things on my penis and genitals that look like a rash and i was wondering if masterbating gives you std s or any types of diseases

Masturbating by yourself shouldn t give you an STD...if there was a partner involved, maybe. Were you using anything to kind of keep the mess down? If so, you could be allergic to it. You may also be allergic to any new kind of detergent, or if you bought new undies but didn t wash them. There are many things that this could be caused from, so try to be more specific.
