The commercials claim they are clinically tested but none are approved by the FDA. That s why most are sold as dietary supplements not pills like viagra. which has been tested and FDA approved. but Viagra is intended to make it hard not larger. Genetics and God will determine how big your skippy is going to be. At this time there is nothing I know of that will truely increase a penis.

They do work but not how you think. They increase blood flow to your groin area and make you have more girth before length. You will a difference in the first few days of using the drugs.
If they are prescription-only, then they have to be FDA approved. Over-the-counter drugs are not usually clinically tested.
