Is it ok if your Penis doubles in size when hard? -

I ve read it before; when a penis is flaccid it is around 3-4inches, and when erect, usually from 6-7 inches. i dont know though. ::shrugs:: i m a 15 year old girl. are penises really that long?? x_x
