Circumcision is the LAST resort for phimosis. Normally, phimosis can be treated non-surgically. The opening of the foreskin can be enlarged by gently stretching with or without a steroidal cream. You need to stretch for a few weeks to a few months. Don t stretch so hard that it hurts. If the opening is hard or seems brittle, then a steroidal cream may be necessary. A doctor can prescribe that, but you may have to ask. In the United States, where there is a culture of circumcision, most doctors immediately recommend circumcision to treat phimosis without considering less drastic options first. If you look, you will find many reports of men who were circumcised to treat phimosis and have come to regret the surgery because of the long term effects. It may take a few years, but there will be a loss of sensitivity of the remaining penile skin. After all, circumcision amputates erogenous tissue from your penis and exposes parts of the penis not meant to be exposed.
Don t listen to mr. quot;call a doctor.quot; You can solve this by pulling your foreskin back little by little each time that you take a shower and get wet. You should eventually be able to get it back all the way but it ll take some time. Then, for the future, circumcision is always a possible permanent fix that I ve had many people talk about for the better. As long as it isn t getting stuck you don t have a problem, just stretch it a few times a day (whenever you take a leak for example) and it should be ok.
u havent masturbated enough do so and gradually it will go back then u will say why doesn t it stay forward
Pull it back manually?

I'm a nurse and have assisted in this of circumcisions. Don't worry, I'm not suggesting that. I just wanted to point out that even On newborn babies, the foreskin has adhesions that need to be bluntly undone with a special, non-stop probe. It doesn't pull back because there are tissues holding it in place. Don't hurt yourself. If you can get a lubricated Q-tip there just a little, run it around the head as far as is not painful. Don't put enough pressure to cause bleeding. Doctors can use a cream that number everything, but I imagine you don't want to involve other people. Really, parents should be pulling it back as todflers, but a lot of people think they are doing something bad. It's not bad to bathe your child. Especially, if it's going to mess up their eventual sex life and require procedures just so they can reproduce. After doing this awhile, you can start trying to retract it while flaccid and try to keep it down as it becomes erect. Try a little lube under the foreskin. Just never leave it down all of the time. It can cut off circulation to the head. That's not good. It's sad that people don't tell their kids thing like this because of their own embarrassment. All they are doing is making their kid have to feel embarrassed instead, when it's a body part and needs care like anything else. it's not different than caring for your ears or belly button. Don't be embarrassed. Doctors aren't. You cannot shock a doctor or nurse. If you are religious, God made your penis and says you should be clean. Parents, don't blame your sexual hang-ups on God. He could have made us asexual if he wanted, but didn't.
