I am sorry to inform you that your penis size is determined by your genetic make up .... about 95% ..... Your diet plays a very small part .... eating healthy will keep your bllod pressure and Chlorestol down where they belong to achieve firm erections etc .... BUT; don t have too much to do with size either way .... Just so you know .... The average size for an adult male is 5.2 to 5.5 Inches when erect .
penis are not made of fat like boobs- they do not change with their holders weight, I guess if your diet is strangely unhealty it may effect your penis by making it impotent, but it won t shrink it, aside from that what does it matter- skinny guys with little penises still get more ladies than fatguys with huge penises
Sorry, penis size has more to do with genetics than anything else. Your general health, blood pressure and blood sugar can effect your virility, but other than health issues, diet has little (whoops no pun intended!) to do with it.
If you lose weight it becomes thicker. If you gain it becomes thinner. That s why 85% of fat men is below average size. I am a license researcher.
Listen if losing weight would make my penis thinner i would so not try and stay in shape as much. I would totally pack on some good healthy extra pounds for that reason alone. :)
NO NO NO! ur penis will not get bigger or smaller. your diet has absolutely nothing to do with ur penis size.
Penis girth isn t affected by diet.
if you gain weight the only difference will be that your penis will be more difficult to get to!
