That somewhat depends. Normal and natural penises have the shaft, then the mushroom shaped head, and covering the head is the foreskin, which gives it a smooth, consistent look, as it covers any differentiation between the shaft and head. When you retract the foreskin, it looks like any normal cut penis, and you have the frenulum on the underside, attaching the skin to the head of the penis. Now a normal circumcised penis has the shaft and the mushroom shaped head on top, but there is no foreskin, so it you can always see the exposed head. The penis can range from sizes of 4 inches to roughly 8 inches, though larger or smaller than that are very rare. 5 to 6 inches is the average length, and the girth is usually 5 inches around. Penises also have a wide varieties of curves, some up, some down, and some left or right.
