It depends. Are they bigger than you in other ways? Puberty starts and develops differently in each person. If you re already 6 ft tall, can grow a beard and have a deep voice, you re very small. If on the other hand, you re on the smaller size for your age, they re probably just a little further along in the process and you ll catch up later. At 12, you ve got a long way to go. well at that point there is no normial. im 14 and mine is 6 inches but thats another story. im the strongest youngest and tallest of me and about 8 of my best friends. i am oen inch over all but one and hes like 8 inchs OMG!!! so once your about a year or 2 in puberty it will be alott biggerrr:-)
