Why does the head of my penis not get hard? -

I have no problems getting an erection. However I have noticed that whilst the shaft gets hard, the head of my penis does not. It gets much bigger, but does not get really hard. This can t be normal. What can I do? I am not circumcised, and have no problems with my foreskin.

That is quite normal. if the head of the penis got hard, it wouldn t be very comfortable for the woman when being entered.
