It should be at least 30% greens (kale, spinach, dandelion greens, etc.) The greens will build up your blood and blood iron, and also the fruit and vegetables will get to work on cleaning up your vascular system, improving circulation. The ideal way to get healing nutrients is through diet. I know of no more effective means of delivery to the cells.
