What are these white spots on my penis? -

Ive noticed i have a couple of white spots by the foreskin of my penis. They don t hurt and don t itch. And they don t bother me during intercourse. If i put some lotion they go away. The only thing is they feel dry as if the skin was scratched. Me and my GF have been having sex often no condom involved could it just be abrasions from rough sex. They do eventually go away.

They are almost certainly just Fordyce Spots, which are harmless and naturally-occurring in almost all guys.

How big are the spots? Do they look like cauliflower? does it hurt when you urinate? can you remember if u had unprotected intercourse? it may be the CLAP! go see a docter ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There normal its just your skin type skin type. some people have them under there eyes
