I am 12.So i pull down the skin on my penis(lightly) and well i (dont know what its called but its a purplish color)comes out but its not the same cause the skin thats attached to side is ripping off please tell me what i should do and/or what is happening. It was a little bit red on one side. I have never had sex before so it cant be because if that.
