What do red spots on the head of my penis mean? -

They aren t very noticeable, and not very big. I ve never had sex b4 closest thing to it has been masturbation. My penis doesn t hurt at all, and I noticed it three days ago as I was using the bathroom...should I be worried? I m not sure if I always had the spots.
