Im wondering, When should I start getting a bigger penis? -

I m 14 and I m wondering what age it is normal to start noticing penis growth. This is very personal. I got my sperm at like 13, and started getting pubes at 13 as well. My voice has greatly changed at 14. (I turned 14 three months ago.) When should I start getting a bigger penis?
