Popped pimple on Penis and now it got red and big? -

I accidentally popped a pimple on my penis about 5 minutes ago. After all the pus came out it s just bigger and red. I don t know if I did something wrong or if that is just normal. Please help me.

Use Neosporin triple antibiotic ointment on it, keep it clean, and keep your hands off of it. Your reaction is normal, any swelling in this area seems to be worse, Just don t mess with it anymore.
