I am wondering, what is the normal way to keep penis in underwear, i mean, upward or down ward

Look up the models its upward. ^_^ You should comfortable when wearing your underwear. My penis is pointing upward so I m comfortable when its upward but sometimes I ve tried to point it downward and it s the same fine so its on you on how you want it to be. ^_^
