I found on Micromedex (an online drug thing... you have to pay for it or I would link you.) when on Relpax, you should monitor your blood pressure, signs and symptoms suggestive of angina (chest pain) or decreased arterial flow (blood flow) . I would call the pharmacist and see if this is likely due to the Relpax, and whether you need to switch. There are quite a few migraine medicines out there, so you should check out your options. Also, do you have heart problems or a history of heart problems in your family? Are you a smoker?
