I was the same and it took about..between 5-10 times doing it for it to stop being uncomfortable. even to this day it hurts a little sometimes.
Doing pilates helps relax the pelvic muscles so it will become more bearable
It took me a while. The best thing was to relax and breathe deep while it went in. It was weird to stop and put in in REAL SLOW, my husband was a good sport and it didn t take long before we didn t have to relax any more.
WELL WHAT I USE WHEN IM TIGHT AND IT HURTS. I STARTED TO USE KY-JELLY. IT FEELS SO GOOD AND MUCH MORE EASIER FOR THE PENIS TO GET IN. TRY IT YOUR LIKE IT. FROM THE STAFF OF http://WWW.BOEAFITNESS.COM
You just need to relax a little m ore. I know it...I do it, too. My boyfriend and I have been having sex for over a month now, and it still hurts at penetration. You need to get past the pain and relax a bit. It ll be great! Good luck and use some lube!
It really depends on the person. Some people might get it right away and for some people they may have to do it a few times..
You could also have a hymen that is way too thick---the hymen is a mucus membrane that acts like a covering outside the vagina... If this is too thick it cannot be penetrated during sex. (god I hope you are old enough to be hearing this).... if you continue to have uncomfortable times trying, have a gynecologist check out the hymen... it s a simple procedure to check....
Asking this question is a sign that your body isn t ready for sex. You shouldn t push things - wait until the right time. What s the hurry anyway?
