It is a Circumcision scar. The thick mark is where it binding in the uterus. small bumps are somewhat normal (not positive, but I have them too)
Bill ..if its not an STD and only a doctor would know that ..it sounds to me to be a simple skin infection both with the pimples and the marks ..caused by bacteria heat and sweat Heres what you should do ..be sure u wash very often and dry well .. in fact soak in a hot bath each night for a week ..just sit and soak .. dont pp the pimples you might cause even more infection ..and wash youre hands before you touch youre privates .. get some hydro cortisone cream from a pharmacy and rub on it twice a day for one week ...if you dont see am improvement go to a doctor ..
Are you circumcised? If you are, then it s probably the circumcision scar (which looks like a ring around the shaft). I m not circumcised, but I ve seen a lot of pictures of penises that are and most of them have some kind of ring-like scar. It s normal if your circumcised.
That ring is a circumcision scar. That line is normal.. .when we are in mummies womb our genitals haven t formed... girls and boys look the same... that line down your testicles turns into a vagina crack if you were female.... the bumps.. they are probably hair follicles.

i think the marks are from when you were circumcised? the one on your balls is just a ridge, everyone gets. the bumps are fordyce bumps. nothin wrong with them. 70 percent of dudes have them
