some guys have pre-ejaculate and some guys don t. there is no hard and fast rule about this. you may have some pre-ejaculate but it occurs moments before your orgasm, which is why you have not noticed it. you also probably are not engaging in a long enough state of arousal in order to produce prejack. in short there is no real concern about this.
